If You Missed Last Month's Meeting...
April's Roundtable Meeting featured a member issues forum focusing on the topics of Social Networking, Disaster Recovery, and Mobile Device Security and Support. Discussions included building a value proposition for senior management, addressing lack of content control, depicting risk vs. return, identifying new methodologies and technology to handle DR, defining ROI, and assessing total cost of ownership.
- The MD CIO Roundtable is a monthly strategy forum for IT Department Heads.
- We are NOT a Tech Forum.
- Membership is open to IT Department Leaders (CIOs, IT Directors, VP’s, etc). Sorry, no vendors please.
- We meet monthly on the last Wednesday morning of each month.
- Each month, we tackle an issue of current relevance to our members. Members share their experience, lessons learned and insight on the topic in roundtable fashion.
- Members have access to a members-only online discussion forum which allows them to continue to share knowledge and insight after the meeting.
- The Roundtable was founded on the concept that IT leaders of mid-sized companies often work in a vacuum. . . Not any more. YOUR Executive IT Advisory Board convenes later this month!
